2015 was a busy year, as always, for Arlington County. 2,883 homes were sold, representing roughly 2.5% of the county’s total households. The average sales price was just shy of $650,000 and the average time on the market was just over 1 month. The lack of supply and thus high demand for townhouses continues, but single family homes in North Arlington continue to top the price charts at an average of $968,388.
