Great question! For buyers, my services are 100% free. That’s right – you don’t pay me a dime at any point (and you might even get a gift from me at the end☺️). For sellers, I don’t get paid until your home closes, so I am as invested in it as you are from start to finish. But for any client, here are a few things I’m happy to provide for free before you ever even sign an agreement:

▫️Buyer and Seller Guides – you can find these on my website
▫️A market analysis of your home or your desired neighborhood
▫️An email alert directly from the MLS tailored to your search criteria 
▫️Recommending reputable resources including lenders, inspectors, contractors, repairmen, etc
▫️Answering any & all questions you may have!
