On average, selling your home will cost you around 7-10% of your home’s sale price.

▪️Closing Costs – Around 2-3% of the sales price
▪️Commission – Around 5-6% of the sales price 

▪️Concessions – Although this market is not seeing many seller credits or seller repairs, it’s not a bad idea to set aside 1-2% just in case
