I can’t recommend Palmer highly enough! She helped me buy my first home, making something that can feel overwhelming seamless and stress-free! She was on top of everything from our first meeting to the closing and beyond. Her knowledge of real estate in the area (NOVA) and the process were exceptional. She is friendly, professional, organized and immediately responsive to every request and question. She allowed me the space to form my own opinions and gave hers from a real estate standpoint when asked. She always went above and beyond, providing additional things such as a check-list for new home owners and recommendations for companies in the area who could service different aspects of my home.
