Megan and I could not have asked or received a better realtor to work with. Palmer was extremely accommodating and patient with our ever changing needs. I have worked with palmer now for 3 years from helping me find an apartment to rent to now purchasing our first home. Throughout it all, she has been very understanding with our circumstances. Initially, Palmer sat down with Megan and I to discuss our wants/needs for our home. She took that info and built a profile that sent us regular updates when houses meeting our criteria became available. When we needed to change our criteria, she quickly provided us our “plan b” search. When we were ready to see houses in person based on these searches, she quickly scheduled visits for Megan and family to survey the properties. When we finally decided on a house, Palmer was right next to us throughout the whole process going as far as recommending mortgage companies, home inspectors, and helping us get our utilities in order. At the end of the day, we not only found a wonderful realtor, Megan and I found a good friend in Palmer.jdm2killer
