She provided detailed comps from the area to help us list at the correct price. We listed on Friday, house was under contract by Sunday at FULL asking after a great open house.
Palmer was extremely responsive with endless questions we had regarding the selling processes. She negotiated with the buyers agent and quickly smoothed over minor issues that arose.
When it came to buying, she was equally as efficient and organized. She came to us with a detailed list of homes in the area we were looking with the features we required and in our price range. She helped us craft a good offer, which was accepted. A few home inspection items arose and she again was outstanding in helping us resolve them with sellers. Her network is seemingly endless. For any problem, she had someone to help.
