Palmer was such an amazing realtor. We felt so cared for every step of the way. She is an excellent communicator, planner, and researcher, and really helped us narrow down our search to the exact location we were looking for and found us the perfect home and neighborhood for our family! It was a tall order because we were planning a move to VA from out of state. Palmer set us up with a profile to share potential properties with us and helped us identify exactly what we were looking for. And we were able to zero in quickly on homes after the sale of our home out of state. We were buying in Northern Virginia during such a competitive time for the real estate market, and Palmer expertly helped us in crafting a competitive and persuasive offer and was very clear in helping us identify areas where we could be competitive buyers. Palmer has also helped us in finding a great team along the way, from the mortgage lender, title company, home inspector, painter, and handyman recommendations.
